What is the delivery time?

Delivery is free in France for orders over €80! Below this amount, delivery costs €4 to a pickup point and €6 to your home.

We deliver in 3 to 4 business days in mainland France. And a 24-hour express option is available (€12) 🚀

We offer free shipping on all orders over €80 delivered to France 🇫🇷

For delivery to another country, the price varies depending on the destination address (the price is calculated at the final step of checkout). Additional customs fees may apply depending on the country.

Don’t panic, we’ll send you a brand-new parcel!

I would like to return an item delivered in France

Would you like to return your item (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem, we’ll take care of everything 😊!

We will send you a free return label that you simply need to stick on your parcel 📦 (valid for returns from mainland France only).

To receive your return label, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once the item has been returned and its condition has been checked, we will offer you a store credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

I would like to return an item delivered to a country other than France

Would you like to return your item (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem 😊!

We will send you a return form to include in the parcel 📦, along with the delivery address (shipping costs are your responsibility).

To do so, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the item has been returned and its condition has been checked, we will offer you a store credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).
