we will offer you a store credit or a refund within 3 to 5 business days (the product simply needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging).
If your order included free gifts, remember to return them too to receive a full refund.
During major gift-giving occasions (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day), the return period is extended to 60 days after the event date. This period applies automatically to all orders placed in the 2 months preceding the occasion.
So you can shop in advance, give with peace of mind, and still have the option to return the product if it is not right for you.
