We do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely:
- Delivery to a pickup point is free on orders of €80 or more (in mainland France).
- For orders below €80:
- €4 to a pickup point
- €6 for home delivery
- In a hurry? 24-hour express delivery is available for €12 🚀
Orders ship within 1 business day and are generally delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically displayed at checkout. If your country is not on the list, feel free to contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
You have 60 days to change your mind!
- Returns are free from mainland France.

The product simply needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
To make a return, you have two options:

Email us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Directly through our returns portal.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days (to the original payment method).
If your order included any free gifts, please return them too to receive a full refund.
Extended holiday returns
For major gift-giving occasions (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day), the return period is extended to 60 days after the occasion. This extension applies automatically to all orders placed in the 2 months before the occasion.
You can buy ahead of time, gift with peace of mind, and still be able to return the item to us if it's not quite right.
