We do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely:

• Free delivery to pick-up points on orders over €80 (in mainland France).
• Below that:
  • €4 to a pick-up point
  • €6 for home delivery
•  In a hurry? 24-hour express delivery is available for €12 🚀

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours, and generally delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically displayed at checkout. If your country is not on the list, feel free to contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

You have 60 days to change your mind!

• Returns are free from mainland France.

• The product simply needs to be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Drop us a line at contact@maison-scarlett.fr: we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days (via the original payment method).

If your order included free gifts, remember to return them as well to receive a full refund.

Extended holiday returns

During major gifting periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day), the return period is extended to 60 days after the date of the event. This window applies automatically to all orders placed within the 2 months leading up to the occasion.

You can buy ahead of time, gift with peace of mind, and still be able to return the item to us if it's not quite right.
